If you don’t eat breakfast you have the possibility to get fat and to be unhealthy!

Don’t forget to eat breakfast even if you are in a hurry, it is better to be late for work or school then not to eat breakfast. If you forget to eat breakfast you may get fat or sick or both. Many studies that are made in these past years have defined that breakfast is important not only that it feeds your senses but also it removes the “desire” of eating Fast Food and makes you more responsible of your health and on what you are eating.

The Study:

The scientists took some young people for this study, some of them didn’t eat breakfast and some of them did eat breakfast. They who didn’t eat breakfast had desire on eating foods with fats and calories over the day and the ones who ate breakfast didn’t had any desire on eating those things, they had regular meals.

The brain of them who had avoid breakfast, gave them some signals on bringing out the desire to eat harmful fat and high sugar.

After finishing the study, they took all of them for lunch. Those who had breakfast ate less than those who didn’t eat breakfast.

In general, avoiding breakfast food means eating more food during the day and the worst thing is that anyone who avoids breakfast will eat unhealthy food, fast food, fat and sugar during the day. This way of treating yourself is harmful; this brings you to obesity, high cholesterol and other illness.

  • 2 slices of black rye bread
  • 40 gr nonfat curd mix with some nuts
  • 1 cup of boiled carrots and pumpkins or grilled with a little olive oil
  • 1 cup of sage tea with a tea spoon honey

With this breakfast food you will take:

10gr proteins, 8gr fat, 40gr carbohydrates, 350 calories. For most women the calories are only 15% of what they have to take all day.
